Investor Relations Mini Mini Manager
E-Commerce Mini Mini Manager

Social Media Mini Mini Manager
The social media Mini Mini Manager for Mini America will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and visibility to help peak interest in the project. This will include monitoring Facebook and Twitter accounts as well as identifying other viable social media outlets to be a part of. 
Duties will include the following:

  • Communicate exciting social media news
  • Monitor and engage on different social media platforms
  • Internet research to find and engage with social media communications
  • Update media outlets as needed
  • Track website statistics

Qualifications:

  • Familiar with Twitter and Facebook and other social media outlets
  • Passionate about social media
  • Friendly and conversational
  • A sophomore, junior or senior in an accredited four year institution majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  •  Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must be detail oriented, team player, and technologically savvy
  • Must be able to meet at least once a month

Benefits

  • This is a partially paid part-time position. Compensation may include expenses and is totally based on results and how hard of a worker you prove yourself to be
  • Schedule is flexible, but most days will require a minimum of 1 hour to keep the communication constant
  • Minimum 3-month commitment, but longer if you’d like
  • Mini Mini Manager will work on his/her own computer

 

 

Investor Relations Mini Mini Manager

Under the supervision of our finance manager, the investor relations Mini Mini Manager for Mini America will collect, process, verify, and report financial and accounting related information to increase investor relations for our company. Other duties may include assisting in preparing monthly financial reports, developing and/or utilizing spreadsheets, databases and other computer applications. Other financial/accounting related tasks are to be performed as assigned.

Duties will include the following:

  • Develop and maintain a company investor relations plan
  • Perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, including financial metrics and differentiation
  • Establish the optimum type and mix of shareholders and helps create that mix through a variety of targeting initiatives
  • Monitor analyst reports
  • Provides feedback to management regarding the investor’s perception of the company

Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in accounting, investing, and financial realms
  • Friendly and conversational
  • A sophomore, junior or senior in an accredited four year institution majoring in Accounting or Finance
  •  Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must be detail oriented, team player, and technologically savvy
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft products
  • Must be able to meet at least once a month

  • Schedule is flexible, though some days will require ½ day or longer financial planning sessions
  • Minimum 3-month commitment, but longer if you’d like

E-Commerce Mini Mini Manager

The E-Commerce Mini Mini Manager for Mini America will be responsible for expanding the brand through B2C and B2B competencies. This will include product development, product selection, purchasing and helping maintain visibility for new products that are launched. Other components include PayPal,  credit card transactions, Shipping and handling (S&H) and general fulfillment.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Sophomore, Junior or Senior in an accredited four year institution
  • Excellent analytical skill and ability to work with data
  • Knowledgeable in web analytics
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member
  • Solid Understanding of Procurement fundamental basis
